Creative Director

Developed a 2025 strategy and public roadmap all about maximizing endgame content, with Remixing and Replayability as strategic planks, and directed the design of all content and modes for Seasons 7, 8, 9, and 10. 

Led the re-org of the NW team in late 2024 to run leaner with more emphasis on content delivery -- Modes & Maps, AI & Expeditions, Seasons & Systems, and World & Quests teams

Concepted and drove for the creation of Catacombs, a procedural dungeon mode with roguelike and extraction elements. This content was meant to deliver on both Remixing and Replayability and has been received with universal acclaim from players.

Product Owner - Mounts, Multiplayer Features

Owned priorities, design, team leadership, and delivery of the Mounts feature for New World.

Concepted, pitched, and owned multiple features for social and multiplayer, including Influence Races, Activity Finder and Matchmaking, and more.

Used frequent playtesting and comp analysis to ensure quality of gameplay. Partnered with Directors, POs, and PM to make strategic decisions and influenced the product roadmap.

Led the "Home" team on Horizon Worlds, directing a team of 5 designers on concepts for Home building and World discovery within the Metaverse product. 

Directed the Home team through milestone planning and estimations

Worked directly with VPs and CEO (really!) on initial concepts for Metaverse concepts including social connectivity, gamified engagement, activities and toys, world portals, and curated world discovery
